📅 Eligibility Rules:

  • 🔁 Monthly Subscribers:
    Must stay subscribed for at least 6 consecutive months to qualify for a replacement.
  • 🗓️ Annual Subscribers:
    Eligible immediately after purchase.
  • 🚫 One replacement per year (based on subscription start date)
  • Your plan must be active at the time you request your replacement.

What’s NOT Covered:

  • Lost or stolen collars
  • Misuse (e.g., water damage to non-waterproof collars)
  • Collars altered or tampered with
  • Discontinued or out-of-stock models

📦 How to Request a Replacement:

  2. Subject line: “Protection Plan Replacement Request”
  3. Include:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the product

We'll verify your plan and get your replacement processed fast.

🔄 Can I Cancel Anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your plan at any time.

  • However, if you cancel before meeting the 6-month requirement (monthly plans only), you’ll no longer be eligible for a replacement.
  • If you're on the annual plan, you're already covered for the year.
