📅 Eligibility Rules:
- 🔁 Monthly Subscribers:
Must stay subscribed for at least 6 consecutive months to qualify for a replacement. - 🗓️ Annual Subscribers:
Eligible immediately after purchase. - 🚫 One replacement per year (based on subscription start date)
- Your plan must be active at the time you request your replacement.
❌ What’s NOT Covered:
- Lost or stolen collars
- Misuse (e.g., water damage to non-waterproof collars)
- Collars altered or tampered with
- Discontinued or out-of-stock models

We'll verify your plan and get your replacement processed fast.
🔄 Can I Cancel Anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your plan at any time.
- However, if you cancel before meeting the 6-month requirement (monthly plans only), you’ll no longer be eligible for a replacement.
- If you're on the annual plan, you're already covered for the year.
